2/3 cup green beans
1/2 cup chickpeas
1 tablespoon tahini paste
Flat leaf parsley
Fresh juice from half a lemon
1 garlic clove
1. Remove the ends of the green beans, steam them for 15 minutes and allow them to cool down to room temperature.
2. Put the cooled down green beans, chickpeas, garlic, parsley and tahini pasta into a kitchen machine and let it rotate until you have a nice paste.
3. Season the hummus with lemon juice, pepper and a little salt.
